IMPORTANT DEADLINES

Freeze Deadline: Wednesday 19th October, 2011  14:00 GMT (10:00am EDT)

Withdrawals after the Freeze deadline must submit an OFFICIAL ITF WITHDRAWAL FORM to both the ITF and the tournament Referee. This must be done before the closing of Qualifier or Main Draw sign-in deadlines of 10/21 or 10/23, respectively. A simple email will not be accepted.

Qualifying Sign-In Deadline:  Friday 21st October, 2011  12:00noon - 6:00pm (EDT)

In order to be considered for the Qualifying Draw, ITF regulations stipulate that the player sign-in before the above deadline.  Please have a valid passport and a $50 entry fee (cash or credit card: visa, mc)
